Important information
- Return period: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Restocking costs: No.
- Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval and inspection.
- Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

Return eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Any original tags/packaging should be included (where applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is accepted)
How to start a return
1) Contact us first
Before sending anything back, contact us through our Contact Us page and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (optional)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
2) Follow the return instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to return the item.
3) Ensure safe packaging
Please package the item securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
Responsibility for returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind, preference, or exchange requests.
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will provide a resolution.
Refund process
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and the item you want to exchange. We will assist with the fastest available option. Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us right away through our Contact Us page. If possible, include a clear photo of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
Order cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible and include your order number. We will try to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may still request a return in line with our 90-day return policy after delivery.
